("America's 1st Choice") is a Medicare Advantage Organization offering Private-Fee-For-Service (PFFS) products in all counties of the State of South Carolina.   America's 1st Choice is contracted with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to provide services in approved service area.
